Terms for 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

At NovaMane, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our hair regrowth solutions. That’s why we offer a 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee for your most recent eligible purchase, provided all guarantee requirements are met.

If you’ve used NovaMane consistently and are not satisfied with your progress, you may request a refund under our 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

Hair regrowth takes time, and results vary from person to person. Early improvements may include reduced shedding and a healthier-looking scalp, while visible density and coverage typically develop over several months of consistent use.

If you have followed the recommended usage and still feel the product has not met your expectations, our support team will be happy to review your request and guide you through the refund process.

Eligibility Requirements for No Visible Improvement

NovaMane treatments are designed to support the natural hair growth cycle, which requires consistent use over time.

Some users notice early changes such as reduced shedding or improved scalp condition within the first few weeks, while fuller-looking density and visible coverage typically develop over 3–6 months of consistent use.

To qualify for a refund under our 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 180 days from the delivery date of your most recent order.
  • You must have used the NovaMane Micro-Infusion System consistently for at least 12 weeks as directed.
  • Before and after photo documentation must be provided to help us evaluate your progress and eligibility.
  • The product must be returned in accordance with our approved return instructions once your request is approved.

Only the most recent order is eligible for refund under the 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, and the refund request must be submitted within 180 days from the delivery date of that most recent order.

This guarantee does not apply to all orders placed over time. Previous orders, earlier subscription deliveries, bundle purchases, repeat purchases, or past treatment cycles are not eligible for refund.

By participating in the 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, customers acknowledge that only the latest or most recent order delivered within the applicable 180-day eligibility window may qualify for a refund, provided all guarantee requirements are met, including:

  • At least 12 weeks of consistent product use
  • Submission of before and after photo documentation
  • Compliance with the approved return and tracking process

The 180-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is limited to one qualifying most recent order at a time and does not provide refunds for multiple orders, prior deliveries, or cumulative purchase history.

Returning Your Order

Once approved, customers are responsible for their own return shipping and must send back all original items included in the purchase. If the product has been fully consumed, the return of empty vials may be waived at our discretion — please contact our support team to confirm eligibility.

Tracking Required

You must provide a valid tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Refund Processing

Once the returned package is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: The entire refund request process, including submission of required documentation and shipment of the return package, must be completed within 180 days from the delivery date of the most recent order being requested for refund.

The package does not need to be delivered back to our facility within the 180-day period, but it must be shipped prior to the deadline in order to qualify.

To maintain the integrity and fairness of our refund policy, we require all eligibility conditions to be met before a refund can be approved.

Because product effectiveness depends on proper and consistent use, NovaMane reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including before and after photos, usage details, and return tracking information, before processing a refund request.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers may request a complimentary replacement within 180 days from the delivery date.

Photo and/or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue is required for approval.

Refunds are not available for damaged product claims.

Note: Reimbursement or replacements of any kind cannot be requested after 180 days of the package being delivered.
