Shipping policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time is stated on the checkout page as delivery days vary based on region and weight. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for an additional cost. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, holiday-related congestion, or weather events may still cause delays beyond our control.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, courier mistakes, strikes, or delays, nor for any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges incurred. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier failed to deliver and the tracking number confirms the order did not complete, we will resolve this with a reshipment.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We will not issue refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason. Please enter correct shipping details at checkout. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, email us at support@novamane.com as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped, a reshipment fee will apply.
180-Day Return Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your NovaMane purchase, you may return it within 180 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
- Your request must be submitted within 180 days of the delivery date of your order.
- You must demonstrate consistent product usage following the recommended usage instructions.
- You must provide supporting documentation (such as photos or usage records) demonstrating that the product was used as directed.
Subscription Orders
- Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent eligible order.
- Previous subscription shipments, historical orders, or products already consumed are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at support@novamane.com.
- The product may need to be returned to us before a refund is processed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return label fees, unless otherwise required by law.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7-10 business days to process your refund, and up to 5-7 additional business days for it to appear on your account.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Damaged Product Policy
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you are entitled to a complimentary replacement within 180 days of delivery. This policy does not cover user damage, or damage caused by water, dropping the device, or other user-caused incidents. Photo and/or video evidence is required for approval.
